Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified in-house portrait sales consultant to assist clients in-studio with their portrait orders. The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in sales and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience. This position requires a highly personable and confident individual who enjoys meeting one-on-one with clients each day and taking them through the defined ordering process. This individual will also posses the ability to give presentations in a clear and concise manner for each client. The candidate will also be expected to meet and exceed daily sales goals in accordance with the annual and monthly goals set out by the owner. The ideal candidate will be 100% customer-service driven as all positions at Butler’s require world-class customer service to be top priority to ensure the customer experience is unparalleled.
Responsibilities:

Completes post-sitting portrait advising (pre-ordering appointment)

Assists clients in studio during ordering appointments

Creates customized solutions for each customer’s individual needs

Compiles daily reports for that day’s sales figures against set goals

Writes orders in studio management software and prepares for production team

Ensures client records are accurate and up-to-date

Checks artists work to ensure all art has been performed as client requested

Ensures all outsourced materials are available for each order

Maintains relationships with outside vendors

Ensures client payment plans are executed successfully

Keeps schedule as full as possible by following up with sittings who have not scheduled their ordering appointments on a regular basis

Creates and maintains relationship with clients throughout the portrait experience

Assists other team members as needed with answering phones, greeting clients, etc.

Full time, normally 8:30-5:30 Monday through Friday, will be expected to staff events on evenings and weekends on occasion
