Position Title: Communications Associate & Brand Ambassador
Job/position status: 20-25 hours/week
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss portrait and sitting information and book Sittings. We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who is inspired by our art. The candidate will reach out to leads each day and make follow-up calls when appropriate. Candidate will also answer incoming phone calls and assist clients. Must be able to interact with clients face to face (Customer Service).
Job responsibilities & Duties: Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory. Answer potential clients’ questions about Sittings and Portrait orders. Generate calls each day. Book appointments for clients based on our associates’ schedules. Train other telemarketers when required. Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff. Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times. Some nights and weekends for Events & Auctions.
Preferred Qualifications and skills: High school diploma/GED, experience telemarketing and social media a plus, Excellent phone manner and articulation, Ability to type 40 WPM (words per minute), Results-driven, Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis, Self motivated, Proficiency with Windows environment, able to quickly learn new things.
Position Title: Digital & Production Assistant
Job/position status: Hourly
Job Summary: Looking for an experienced high-end retoucher/color specialist with a keen eye for detail. Interacting with clients (Customer Service), Fulfillment of orders, Maintain volume and consistency with work flow, Organization and basic Management of orders (Managing order schedules), Staffing events on some nights and weekends, answering phones.
Interested candidates should be prepared to complete a series of test files designed to evaluate software skills/knowledge, eye for detail, and overall aptitude for this type of work
Compensation: Variable based on experience
Job responsibilities & Duties: Responsible for high-resolution digital retouching for a variety of imagery including animals and people. Create composite images from multiple image sources. Perform complex retouch tasks such as replacing textures on fabric materials, re-lighting subjects, swapping facial expression, etc. Color management. Meet daily image goals and display flexibility when deadlines change. Ability to follow creative direction from senior team members & build upon creative ideas when needed. Package & product fulfillment with an emphasis on managing product approvals and adhering to company standards in quality control.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in Adobe CS5 (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) required. Problem Solving Skills. Creative and willing to contribute ideas. Basic photography & Video editing skills are a plus. Proficiency with Windows environment. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Strong understanding of color space. Detail Oriented. Team player. Self-motivated. Phone skills
